How do I edit the Page Title? (WHP)

My Page Titles in the title bar reflect the name of the Page (eg 'About') ??” but I need them to be more descriptive and SEO friendly... I can't see how to achieve this in the WP admin or theme settings. Can anyone advise? Thanks
