Where o where are you? Twitter/Facebook on the side..

I have been looking everywhere! I really like the facebook and twitter buttons that pop out on the side of each post with a counter and share this button.. Anyone has a link to this plugin?

Look at the page you mentioned. I want the same thing he is having in the side of his post with the tweet button and counter etc.
