How do I get Secondary and Tertiary Sidebars to Show up?

I've searched, read the documentation, and can't find the answer. I have been unable to get Sidebar 2 and 3 to show up anywhere on my site.

Do you have the secondary and tertiary sidebar sections enabled in the "Sidebar 1" template sections settings in Template Setup? Q2R9B.jpg
