Background image will not load

Hey there i used to be able to use the design controls in platform pro to change the background image just fine. One day it just stopped working. When it uploads my image it shows it as a grey box with a question mark, one day it worked again, but since then it will not load any image i try. Can someone please help me in simple english. please!!!!

Hi Brandon, Are you able to upload images via "Media-> Add New"?
