Missing 'Template Type' Drop-Down

I'm going nuts at the moment. The drop down box where I select the Template Type on the Edit Page screen (under Page Attributes) has *completely* disappeared..!! I need to update the website today for clients to review. What is going on!? I have a screenshot: http://www.skiggle.com.au/files/screen.png How the heck do I change the Template Type? Arrrggghh!!

If you updated the theme check farther down the page where there is now a more consolidated meta options panel.
