Page navigation not showing after installing WP-PageNavi

Question for the devs - I installed WP-PageNavi for my theme and when I activate the plug-in, the "previous" and "next" entries for the pages disappear leaving nothing at the bottom. I have about 9 pages of articles so it would be helpful to get this working. Any assistance would be appreciated. For reference, the website is Tech|Inferno

Fixed the problem by editing the wordpress sql db and removing all entries of wp-pagenavi. Re-installation of wp-pagenavi then fixed the issue.

Dear Brian Khan, this issue just puzzle me now, would you please tell me how to remove it? I had uninstall the plugin and delete all data, but still...doesn't work.
