Cannot get post list in MarsEdit

I have being experiencing problems in getting the post list and in posting images to my blog using MarsEdit. I have three blogs and it appears that the problem happens only with the one using platformPro. I changed the themes and the problem disappears. The error is "extra content at the end of file". Any suggestion? Thanks, Alfonso

It is the message MarsEdit reports when I try to refresh the post list.

The problem appears only with the blog that uses the platform theme. I have reinstalled Worpress, BTW.

Sorry buddy, haven't used Mars Edit. I would contact their developers about the meaning of the error message and if they've run across it before. If you post what they tell you here, perhaps we can help further.

Jimmy, I have contacted Mars Edit developer. He suggested to switch theme and indeed this worked out well. If I switch to the standard Wordpress theme, the problem disappears. So it has to be related to some change you introduced in the latest version of PlatformPro. Alfonso

BTW, I have used MarsEdit with older versions of PlatformPro with no problems at all.

That's fine but we still don't know what the error means or what file it refers to. I'm guessing that there is extra white space at the end of one of the PHP files but that's just a wild guess.

cmunns, I am not a theme developer. I have no idea of what you are saying. I just know that until Platform Pro 1.2 I was able to use Marsedit and now I cannot anymore. By the way, the same occurs with BlogPress on the iPad. Alfonso

Just changed my theme to PlatformPro. Now my Mars Edit doesn't work anymore. This is definitely an issue with the PlatformPro theme, not with MarsEdit. Grrr.

I have just downloaded marsedit and with a fresh wp 3.1.3 and platform 1.5.0 was able to list/create pages and posts with default theme, platform and platformbase.
