All-in-One-Seo description not showing up correctly

Hi I hope you can help! I've got pagelines 1.1.1 installed on my site www.londonhypnotherapypartnership.co.uk and am using all-in-one-seo pack for my seo. Having written up the individual page names, descriptions and keywords, they don't appear to be showing up when you search the url in google.
