noelsaw 0 Report post Posted March 19, 2011 I ran a basic search for "Changing spacing between the columns" but it didn't find anything so forgive me if it's been answered already. How do I increase the spacing between the columns short of editing the CSS file directly? Is there a GUI field for that? I think that's the only thing I couldn't find yet. catrina 103 Report post Posted March 19, 2011 Which theme are you using? Also, instead of editing the CSS file directly, you can add the CSS to the Custom CSS area instead. Please read the docs before posting. Please do not private message me unless I ask you to. Designer | Catrina Dulay Founder | Catrina and Mouse
Guest Guest Report post Posted March 19, 2011 If by spacing you mean the padding and/or margins, then the answer is no there is no way to do this through design control or the layout editor. Can we get a link to your site? I'd be happy to help point you in the right direction so you can add a bit of custom CSS to achieve the desired effect. cmunns 16 Report post Posted March 21, 2011 There is no UI option for many of the fine-tuning such as spacing. However, there are very helpful tools such as FireBug for identifying css selectors to use for changing it. Add your custom css to the base.css file or into the custom code text field under the theme options
