How to change arrangment of my logo in header (platform)

How do I change arrangment of my logo image in header? For example, I need make it in centre of header. And if I write nothing in footer, can I disabled this black area?

To center the logo, add this code to your base.css file:

img.mainlogo-img {display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;}

For the footer, have you disable all the contents within it completely, resulting in a black strip at the bottom?
