How to add Meta Data to feature page

Recommended Posts

It is probably in here somewhere, but after 2 hrs of searching I can't find out how to add my meta data to the feature page. I am using All In One SEO and it is working great on all the other pages.

What's your feature page? If you mean your homepage you might need to do a few things to take control of it. - Create a "Home" page in Pages. - Assign it as the front page in Settings > Reading Thanks, Bryan

Thanks Brian, I am using a feature page called "home" and it is set to be the static front page in settings. I have All In One SEO set up for the site and it is working fine on all the other pages. It does not show up in the source code for the home page when I check it. Is there a special procedure for setting the meta data on feature pages? I can give the link to the home page if needed but want to do that privately as it shows my username ect.

Well I don't know why I didn't try it earlier but I figured out the solution. I had to set the home page meta data in the settings area of the AIO SEO plugin page itself. I never do it that way as I just set it on the individual pages and this is the first theme a theme hasn't let me do it.
