Twitter footer not displaying tweets

For some reason, the handy little Twitter footer has given up reading my tweets. I've downloaded the plug-in, made sure my name was correct in the Global Options. What am I missing that may be causing this? Thanks in advance and cheers, John

Are you seeing an error or nothing at all? You installed Twitter for WordPress? You entered just your Twitter username? Your tweets aren't protected (private) are they? Thanks, Bryan

Displays "No public Twitter messages." Installed Twitter for WordPress (by Ricardo Gonzales). Entered just my Twitter name. Tweets are not protected. Any help appreciated. Cheers, John

Put the @ sign in the PPro settings field and see if that doesn't fix it. That's what I ended up doing.

Sometimes Twitter needs 5-20 minutes to update the feed line.

I have the same problem - I use ecopro pagelines template - www.brightgreenhomes.co.uk, I have entered my twitter feed as it was: http://twitter.com/brightgreens This was working fine until recently when I upgraded to Wordpress 3.1.1... has anyone else come across this? I have tried just entering my twitter name, I have also added the @ sign as described above and my tweets are all set to public... please help

now i have tried updating the database, and deactivating, and then reactivating the plugins... nothing seems to be working.... please help....
