Features not showing correctly in Firefox and Chrome

Recommended Posts

Hi, We have a strange problem on our Platform Pro-site (Base 1.3.1 + Pro 1.3.2) with showing features on our homepage. We have 3 features-slides and on IE everything works fine. But in Google Chrome (vs 10) only 2 slides are shown and in Firefox (vs 3.6.15) the 3 slides are shown, but everytime a blank 'slide' is shown between the real slides. You can check this on our test site: test.sanopharm.com What do we do wrong? Or is it a bug? Btw, for the purpose of 'debugging' we de-activated all plugins. Thnx for your help! Edwin

Hi Edwin, Do you have any plugins installed? If so, try disabling and then re-enabling those to find the culprit.

Hi Kate, We already had de-activated / disabled all plugins. So that can't be the problem. Bye, Edwin

Try updating to 1.3.2 to see if the feature issues remain.

Hi Adam, I already did that before posting. Had the problem with Pro 1.3.1 and still with Pro 1.3.2. So the problem remains with newest version and with all plugins disabled... I hope anybody can help. Am I the only one with this problem...? Thnx!! Edwin

Hi Cmunns, Wow, I'm flabbergasted :-) Thnx to your validator-link I discovered that I had forgotten to close a <small> tag in the title (so I didn't use </small>) in 1 of the 3 slides/features. I added it and the problem was resolved. I have still many small errors to go, but the problem of this topic is resolved. Lots of karma for you :-) Thnx, Edwin
