PlatformBase - the parent theme is missing.

I've read the previous posts on this issue but the problem with the broken PlatformBase theme isn't to do with capitalisation. I've tried removing and re-uploading the PageBase theme via FTP but still no luck. Could someone kindly offer an idiots guide to fixing this problem? Thanks in advance!

Ok idiots guide: ;) PlatformPro Developer is the main theme framework, you need this installed to `wp-content/themes/platformpro` PlatformPro Base needs to be installed to `wp-content/themes/platformbase`, this is the one you activate.

Thanks pross. I really am a newbie/idiot when it comes to this but can you take a look at the image below? As far as I can see I've installed PlatformBase in the correct directory... 0WimZ

Zoe looks like you have made a common mistake installing themes with WordPress. The theme folders should contain the theme files themselves, not another folder of the same name. `wp-content/themes/platformbase/style.css functions.php etc` NOT `wp-content/themes/platformbase/platformbase/style.css etc`
