Missing ability to create a new or edit an existing Template.

We need to create a new template, but the menu for it is missing. According to the documentation (http://www.pagelines.com/docs/template-setup) there should be a Template Setup menu on our Theme menu, but there isn't. I have the WhitehousePro theme. Thanks.

WHP is not yet on the PlatformPro framework which the documentation refers to.
