centering Heade Image over content area

Hi, I am new to Pagelines and just trying to figure out this simple problem. I am using the Global Custom Header Image option to display my logo on the home page. However, I can not get it to be centered over the main content area of the text. I'v tried setting the layout of the page to no side bar but that still does not work. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Probably the easiest way is to add whitespace to the left of the image itself or you can CSS, which you will learn to love in time
