Get pages to not show in the navigation bar

Alright so I am adding a downloading system to my site for my designs and I have created a drop down system to search through the pages. But the thing is that there are some pages I don't want to show up inside the drop down under downloads; I want my users to use the search system I am implementing instead. You can create your menus manually using the APPEARANCE - MENUS panel or snatch up a plugin that does page exclusion
