Twitter icon under post land in Twitter without title of the post

Hello I have been awaiting an update for a couple of weeks. On my blog, I have a twitter icon under each post. I would like the title of the blog post, as well as the link to appear when someone clicks on the twitter icon. How do I make this happen? The previous post I am referring to is here. You should know this is completely non-theme related and we're only helping out of courtesy and because we like to help. This is an advanced customization request. Can you please go to Appearance > Themes and tell me what PlatformPro version you're using. Thanks, Bryan

Brian, I am not showing a version for Platform Pro.Where would I look for a version #? Thanks, Elizabeth

If you go to Appearance > Themes, the name for the platformpro theme should say "PlatformPro 1.x.y by PageLines"
