Day 1: logo link and blog page

Doing pretty good so far, just running into two problems that should have a simple explanation, but for some reason just can't get it. 1) Where do I control which page is the HOME page. Right now the default home page is a blog page. (ie: when you click the logo it goes to the default blog category) 2) On the same lines...I set up a new link for a "blog" page, BUT there is NO option to set up a page as a blog page. Is there a setting i'm missing. Guessing i associate "blog" with a new page somewhere in settings. Much thanks in advance. site isn't live yet to view which makes it little harder to show, but appreciate any help.

huge...thanks, two clicks and done. site should be out of test env. and up tomorrow at http://www.rocket-space.com (it's a weebly site right now), but will be a clean pagelines site soon enough. thanks again Bryan.
