Odd Feature Behaviour

Hi Everyone, I've encountered this odd feature slide behaviour twice now, last time I restored everything to default and started again and it worked fine. I'll just show you what it's doing rather than try to explain it: http://test.assetval.com.au/ It's the feature on the main page. I was changing the font on the main page using firebug when it began to act weird, I haven't actually worked with the features for about a week. Am I doing something wrong or is there anything I can do short of starting over? Any help would be very much appreciated!!

Hi Bryan, I've checked the site in the CSS validator and wow... there are a lot of errors! I don't understand why though, I haven't done anything to the css except change three pages from serif font to sans serif. Yikes! I have a co-worker adding text in different pages but I don't think he would know how to do anything further. I haven't added any custom CSS, all I have in the custom CSS window is: body{} That's it. Do you think I should just start again?

* I should clarify that I changed the font in firebug. This same problem causes the boxes underneath to stack vertically

That validator was my first port of call before posting my issue on here. I didn't even realise anyone else had been adding to the site until I saw there were links to the local drive.

Okay, check with them and checking your overall markup for errors seems to be what might be the problem here. You might check if they've made any other changes like new plugins as well. Thanks, Bryan

Hi Bryan, The only thing he has added is text to different pages, no new plugins have been added. I've had this happen once before when setting the site up myself after just changing a few options within platform pro (no custom CSS, plugins etc) and just had to restore settings to default. No idea why this is happening, but looks like a restore might be my last option!

No, restore definitely is a last resort. I'm going to bump this up to developer support and see if we can get some insight. Thanks, Bryan

Hi Alyce, It looks like you are using an outdated version of Platform. You might try updating to current 1.3.2 and see if this will solve the issues are you experiencing. Cheers, -Kyle
