Blog page disappeared. Blog posts still exist

I have several posts (eg http://website.co.uk/2011/03/test/'>http://website.co.uk/2011/03/test/) but cannot work out where the Blog page is, hence I can't add it to the navigation. Going crazy! I can see that blog posts seem to live at the root (eg http://website.co.uk/) but I don't that as a page option to put on navigation. Have I done something daft like delete the Blog page? I can't believe I have... but can anyone show me how to create a Blog page for the posts, please? Thanks - Mick

What do you have set in your WordPress Reading settings? Is is set so that your latest posts go to the home page, or do you have a static page set for the home page and the post page?

Thank you Tyler, that is the solution. I changed frontpage and blog to static pages. Big thank you.
