galitski 0 Report post Posted March 14, 2011 In the latest release and previous ones of Platform Pro I have run into a problem with upgrading to the newest version. I am attempting to do this through Wordpress and I get the following error- Unpacking the package??¦ Installing the theme??¦ Destination folder already exists. /home/content/16/6884516/html/wp-content/themes/platformpro/ Theme install failed. Guest Guest Report post Posted March 14, 2011 Do you have FTP access to your server? If so you may want to rename the first instance to PlatformProOld or something like that before attempting to install the latest version. If you do not, you instead might want to export your current theme settings and then simply delete your previous install and upgrade the new one. Have you done any customization to the core PlatformPro files? If so,I would recommend backing up or renaming the folder rather than deleting it completely.
