Create a blog page / posts page

I feel like I might be missing something here... I just installed pagelines pro and want to create a blog/posts page to show all my recent content. I had assumed I would just create a new page, and set the template to "posts pages" but this is not an option. How do I create a page that displays like a standard blog. What am I overlooking here

Your home should be the main blog page by default. If you want to change you need to create a separate page set the template to "default" and go SETTINGS-READING and change the static home page /blog page.
