After Upgrading to Platform Pro 1.3.1, cannot activate Platform Base

Once I've upgraded to 1.3.1 in Platform Pro, I can't activate platform base. When I try, I get the error below on the window where I'm trying to upgrade, and on pretty much any page in my blog. So right now I have Platform Pro installed and activated, but not Platform Base. Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '...wp-content/themes/platformpro/core/core.init.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in ...wp-content/themes/platformbase/functions.php on line 8

That's what I've got - although I have 2 nested "platformpro" folders, and I don't know if that's correct or not. So it looks like this: themesplatformproplatformproconfig, core, css, images ... Could this be the problem? This could have come from the zipped file.

That was it - not supposed to have two "platformpro" folders nested.
