Show Recent posts w/ thumbnails on Homepage

hello, So, my site www.theliquorstore.fr is actually a multisite with 7 blog pages like www.theliquorstore.fr/roxanne for example. What I want to do is show the 7 most recent posts (from all the 7 blogs) on my homepage, with thumbnails. Something like that would be great: www.carolinesmode.com

In Settings > Reading you can set the default number of posts to display to 7. To add thumbnails, you will need images uploaded and set as featured images (you can do this in the Post editor).
