To change the thumbnails' size go to:

Settings > Media Settings
	

and change the thumbnail size. This does not affect the size of your previously-made thumbnails. So you might need to use this plugin to re-generate the thumbnails: Regenerate Thumbnails http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

To change the post titles' size edit ".fpost .post-title h2" in your CSS.

I changed the size to 300x200 as the thumbnail img, but only the text moved. Check my website. What should I do?

You have not left any link to your website. Did you use Re-Generate Thumbnails plugin after you resized your thumbnails?
