buddhistwhatson 0 Report post Posted March 10, 2011 Hi; I've searched and i can't find an answer to this. As i have reset my set, i found that the simple footer has not only the footer nav from wp menus, but also the site name in large characters. Please tell me what to do to remove this. www.buddhistwhatson.com Happy666 thank you Thanks
Kate 3 Report post Posted March 10, 2011 Hi Rodney, You should be able to rearrange and change what appears here using "Appearance->Widgets".
buddhistwhatson 0 Report post Posted March 10, 2011 Hi; Do you mean in the footer Sidebars (5 col)? that is empty. Is there something else i should be looking for? On the same line as the site name we don't want, is the simple footer nav bar and the copyright item. I just dont know how that got in there. Please help. buddhistwhatson 0 Report post Posted March 11, 2011 hi i just noticed, if i go into pagelines settings, and footer, and add a logo to the footer, that text dissapears and the logo appears. But previously that field was empty, but there was still a site name which was a link, What if i want nothing, no text link or image? thank you
bryan-hadaway 3 Report post Posted March 11, 2011 If you want nothing you need to use CSS to hide. Use Firebug to target what you want: http://www.pagelines.com/docs/changing-colors-fonts http://www.w3schools.com/css/ Then use this: `.whatever{display:none}` in Custom Code > Custom CSS. Thanks, Bryan

kastelic 6 Report post Posted March 12, 2011 Yes, its a default if there is nothing set there. As Brian said, using CSS to hide would be easiest.
