what feature/tool/section is pagelines using on their home page http://www.pagelines.com/ for the "latest theme releases" section at the bottom of the page? Are those boxes? Soapboxes?

Neither, that's just a custom coded area. I imagine boxes styled smaller could be a good solution for this. Thanks, Bryan
