Bug? Boxes and slider mangled after H1 test colour changed

Hi, First, deactived all my plugins and problem still exists. In settings under design control I changed my H1 tag colour (#ee6600). When I refreshed, the slider was cut in half on some slides and the boxes now display vertically in both my content area and footer that I have them placed in. This is actually the second time this has happened today. the first was when I added some css code and saved. The very same problem occurred. Here is what the site looked like "altered" for your own viewing pleasure. I can reset to fix everything but then I need to reconfigure all over again and it appears the problem will keep occurring. Solutions anyone? D

When you save your global options in one panel it saves the settings in all panels so if the original settings you have change back when you change one of the color double check to see that the other global settings didn't or did change does that make sense? Also, try disabling the ajax saving under MISC SETTINGS as some servers have had issue with it.
