joel 0 Report post Posted March 9, 2011 Trying to setup my navigation by categories since I can't seem to use the pageofposts.php file with Platform pro. Unfortunately If I add the full-width sidebar to all the page templates it doesn't seem to do anything to the home page. I like this function and wish I could have it in the header then my navigation would work properly. And be on all the pages and I could use my SB1 for other functions. Any solutions? cmunns 16 Report post Posted March 9, 2011 Did you try using the "Universal Sidebar" and activating it in the header section?
joel 0 Report post Posted March 9, 2011 I believed I tried that but will again.
joel 0 Report post Posted March 9, 2011 Yes I works but it also shows up in the universal sidebar area to the right so there are two of them. Going to see if I can remove the Univ. Sidebar area to the right.
joel 0 Report post Posted March 9, 2011 Yeah, it seems that "Universal Sidebar" widget is automatically tied to the area above the two columns I have on the right.
bryan-hadaway 3 Report post Posted March 10, 2011 Let's get a link, also can you try the full width sidebar instead? Thanks, Bryan
joel 0 Report post Posted March 10, 2011 Here is the link to the site http://www.arizonatravelers.com/williams/ is that what you wanted? The full-width sidebar is what I've been using but it's not available as one of the header options. What I've done is add it to each of the page templates and added the main navigation to the page so a visitor can jump to a main page so the other navigation shows up. What has happened now is there is no dropdown for the main navigation now. Going to try and fix this today as well as the plug that is not dropping down either. Thanks, Joel
