PageLines Meta Settings obscuring other WP options?

I upgraded to platform pro 1.3.1 and now when writing a post the normal wordpress options below the content box are missing (replaced, by PageLines Meta Settings). Missing fields/options are:

1. Change author Excerpt Enable Track-back/Ping, Comments

Using WP 3.1, Mac/Safari

Click the "screen options" tab in up right corner to show/reveal those options.
