Search Results page edit

How do I edit the search results page? What I want to do is add some text after where it says "Search results for:"

Hey Matt - I believe it's in template.postloop.php. You would copy that to your base theme and make the modifications there.

I can see how that file handles no search results... but I can't see how to actually add to the text ......"Search results for:"

I apologize Matt... I think I gave you the wrong file. I believe the file you're looking for is in the "sections" folder. I can't think of it off the top of my head (it might be section.post.php??), but if you don't see it, please post back and I'll find it for you. Basically you'll want to follow the same steps (copying it to your base theme and modifying it there).
