Can't hide Features and Boxes on posts page

Recommended Posts

Hi, Ik have a static home page where I show my features and Boxes. But I don't want them to be displayed on my other pages. On normal pages I can hide the Features and Boxes via the Header sidebar in the Page itself (Hide Pageline Peatures and Hide Pageline Boxes). But this options don't work for the Blog past page! Where can I disable or hide the Features and Boxes on my Blog page????? I use the newest PlatformPro! Please help. Greetings.

Hi Sandra - In "Settings->Template Setup->Posts Pages", do you have the "Features" and "Boxes" dragged over to appear there?

If you go back into the template setup - header where you have them active. Click the "advanced" toggle and you'll see an option to hide them on posts pages

Hi guys. Having the same issue. Got a blog page which I cannot turn off the Features. I don't seem to have an Advanced toggle when I'm in Templates > Header section? FYI - The disable Features box is ticked on the Blog page I've created. http://www.zenonline.com.au/blog/ Any help much appreciated!!

Hi, First of all this thread is nearly one year old and secondly you're using a different framework. The issue you have is that you have added the Features section into your header template. This is not needed, with PageLines Framework you're now able to customise the Static Post page (i.e. Blog). Adding a section like the features section to the header is not recommended unless you want it to appear on every single page, post and category. I recommend removing the Features section from the Header template and only add the Features section to templates you wish it to be visible on. http://www.pagelines.com/wiki/How_to_Use_the_Template_Setup http://www.pagelines.com/wiki/How_to_Use_the_Features_Section

Please search our forums, before posting!
