I did review other posts with code suggestions but I was also unsure where to put that code so if you don't mind, please be as specific as possible as to how I locate where to put this code as well. You'll be able to see what the current "background" and "color" values are for those elements. Then, you can add your changes to "Settings->Custom Code->Custom CSS".
