Broken Theme With W3TC + Rackspace Cloud Files

I've followed the instructions in W3TC on installing CDN with Rackspace but the theme become broken. Anybody could help me with this?

Is this a theme specific issue? Try setting the WordPress default theme, do you get the same CDN issue?
