Hi; i need to extend the navbar box across the full with of the page. Im not in canvas mode. The menu would not need to extend past the current width I looked in the forum and tried some things but nothing worked Site is www.buddhistwhatson.com example is community.buddhistwhatson.com - i want the navbar to look like this. To change the footer, use this code:

#footer {width: #px; background-color: #XXXXXX;}

Do you want the Twitter bar to also extend?

hi. thank you, i tried the code and it didnt work, then i used footer.content. and it worked but isnt there a way i can make the footer and header full width? I think if just set a width it might not be full with depending on browser/screen yes i would like to extend the twitter bar. thanks

You can't set it to fill the width of the screen without some major reworking of the template. Because it would have to sit outside the element that currently contains it so you'd have to completely transform the structure.

What did you do to the header to make it full-width? (I can't quite recall what your site looked and I can't see the website now since it's protected...)
