Feature and Box categories

Whenever I try to create a category for features, boxes etc. i receive the following error: Could not insert term into the database Any help? Thanks Tim

How about a link to the site and a screenshot? Who's your webhost and are what version of PHP are they running?

I checked with word press forums. Which i should have done first (Sorry) issue was resolved in myphp. Thank you for the help. Needed to force myphp to a lower db_version and then it went through upgrade process again and fixed issue. Thank you

I had a similar issue with 1and1.com. Not sure if that is who your hosting is through but fyi...
