widget section freeze-dragdrop not possible

i just upload whithouse pro-3 theame at my domain. mysqul-5 database-i restored databse too.i deleted theame folder and reinstall theame again. but i am not able to drop&drag to move widget in side bar & footer. any clue how i solve this problem please send replay at [email protected]

To clarify: are you referring to the Widgets page in the Appearance section?
