Double Callouts - Can't make one disappear

As seen at the bottom of my blog here: http://www.codeandhustle.com/blog/ It is showing two callouts to 'buy now'. No matter what I try, I am unable to remove one, or BOTH! Anybody with any ideas?

To make the callout disappear, did you disable the Callout Section in Template Setup?

The callout is not in the template of the 'default page' which is what the blog is. Also, I have the callouts disabled, even tho the callout is not technically in the default page template

Also check the morefoot section and the footer section in the template setup to see if they are placed there as well as the posts page template...the blog page is actually not controlled by "default template" in template setup it's in "posts page template"
