Can I make the Top nav links dead?

Ok, I'm using platform pro and I want my top nav links to trigger the subnav drop down, but not actually link to a page. So, more like they are page categories that show a list of pages. Is this possible? PS the subnav links will link to their respective pages. Thanks!

You can do this with custom menus. Build the custom menu as you would like to see it, but on the main nav tabs, don't enter a url link.
