multisite and platform pro

hi; i have been developing a website with platform pro , and then i updated to wp 3.1 and configured multisite. Now i find that i cannot change the page using platform pro settings. I am using the child theme, and whatever changes i make in the settings are not reflected on the screen. i have disabled all my plugins. I did not move the wordpress/paglelines files/folders. hope someone can help.

hi; www.buddhistwhatson.com for example, if i change the page color in the settings, or header or footer settings, - in pp settings, then save them, then do a ctrl f5 to refresh to www.buddhistwhatson.com - i cannot see any of those changes thanks

you should be, I can see all your css being loaded in the header. What is firebug telling you?

the header just changed, maybe it was me. but i still cant change any of the colors of the page. i have changed many of the color settings but nothing happens. you can access the server with bwowp Happy666 and take a look. thanks

Hi Bryan; Thank you for your response. This is very frustrating. -I have already upgraded to v1.3. of pp -I have all the plugins disabled -Permissions for all files and directories set to 755 -Have de-activated and re-activated theme several times. -Can change widgets, headers and menu, but not change the page or property colors Please help, what can i do?

I have the same problem. I can change the site design mode but not the background colors, site element colors nor any other.

If you guys are all on PlatformPro 1.3.1, you have checked permissions, disabled plugins, and you are still having issues with this.. then there are two backup options to help solve the problem. You will find them under 'misc settings': 1. disable AJAX saving 2. load dynamic css inline If nothing else, those settings should fix your issue.

hi, - yes all plugins are disabled. - all permissions were reset - i disabled ajax still nothing. What is inline? you mean edit the file manually? im not good at this, and i purchased ur product because i could change things via the menu. What else can i do? re-install something? thanks

hi; i did i re-install of worpress core, and fresh install of platform pro. and it is ok now. i just hope i dont have to do it again. thanks for your help
