Dropdown Navigation stopped

I removed Nextgen gallery, reset and saved everything. On one of my navigation sites the dropdown works, for another it still will not pop down.... Any ideas on this one? Nextgen removal got partial sucess...

Hi David - What do you mean by "partial success"? Could you clarify? Also, in "Settings->Header and Nav" you have "Enable dropdown menu", correct?
