Image Specifications for Boxes, Banners, etc

Where can I find the image specifications for the sections that take images? For example: I would like to do create some banners with images but I don't know the size to make the images. What is the recommended size? What is the limitation? I am looking for the same for all of the Sections that take images. Boxes, Soapboxes, Banners, Callouts ...

I know the images in the default boxes are 100 by 100, for the callout I wouldn't really go above 200 px high (although you can if you'd like). Try out a couple different image sizes and see what works, but as far as I know the banner and callout sections will expand to fit the height of your image...
