PlatformPro - Add Widegtized Sidebar to feature page

Hi All, Once again. Great platform theme and community, i'd like to contribute once i'm done with this customization. Okay in a nutshell. I have moved the feature to float right at a width of 700px and am using it as the homepage. I'd like to add a widgetized sidebar to the blank space where the feature used to stretch. In the pic where the red lines are is where I'm looking to add the widgetized sidebar. I understand this is not a rookie customization and I am trying to make a deadline for this project and I am willing to pay for this customization. Much thanks and respect! ) Jessica

Hello. Im trying to do the exact same thing with the exact same widget. I've got the widget positioned where I want it on the feature template but the problem I'm having is that the other templates move my sidebar up to hi. So how can I only have my sidebar inline with the Feature image only on the feature template?? Site: www.luxurysrqhomes.com Thanks

I used the functions.php file to register a new sidebar and also place it using a hook beside the features. Hopefully Jessica can chime in and paste the code I helped her with as I don't have it anymore.
