Box position in IE 8/9

Did a bit of browser compatibility testing this morning, and there appear to be some issues with the way boxes are displaying in IE 8 & 9. As you can see in the image, the middle box appears out of line with the rest. Any ideas as to what might be causing this? They seem to display fine in Safari, Firefox, and Chrome.
