Yes I have done following: I downloaded tyring 2 different browsers on both Mac & Windows Uploaded zip file from wordpress Uploaded unzipped folder via ftp (even though I could see it was empty) Result: On both wordpress upload and ftp upload it confirms upload but not launch. I can see/view folder in wp-content/themes/platformpro but is empty. I have removed the platformpro folder before each attempt.
