Installing Support Billing

I purcahsed then downloaded and saved the following fies locally: PlatformProDev.eps.zip forumplugins.zip platformpro_dev.zip I then installed them into wordpress as a plugin. it appears only the base program is working. Also the payment you charged my account was for more money than the product was being offered else where on your site. see beow Product Period Payment System Amount PlatformPro Developer 02/18/2011 LIFETIME PayPal $175.00

The Platform Pro Develop is not a plugin. It is the theme, so you will need to go to Appearance>Themes>Install Theme and then upload the zip file. Once uploaded, you do not need to Activate it because you will want to make the changes to your site with the Base theme activated. The Forum Plugins: you will need to extract (unzip) the files locally on your hard drive then via a file transfer protocol (FTP), like filezill (Free), you will upload the forum plugins into the /wp-content/plugins/bbpress/bb=plugins directory. Also, I am finding the Mingle and Mingle Forum plugins much easier to integrate and use. I recommend them. Second, I do not work for Pagelines, so I can't help you with the billing. Good luck!
