Search widget style

Recommended Posts

Back again. After updating my version of EcoPro, the Search widget has been altered and, to be honest, looks awful. The button has been changed from a small magnifying glass to a long square button with the word "Search" on it that doesn't actually fit beside the input section and so is pushed to the next line. Using Firebug, I tried finding the style information but I can't seem to find the css for it for some reason. Can someone give me a hand? Thanks.

Try: `#searchform input#searchsubmit{width:50px}` in Custom Code > Custom CSS. Thanks, Bryan

That's a good start, thanks Bryan. Is there other searchform related css in one of the theme files? I'd like to take a look at what there is built in so I can tweak it accordingly.

There is in the theme.css file. Do a search for: `/* Search in subhead */` This applies to the header searchform which can be manipulated to work with the sidebar version.
