How to Add sexy bookmarks plug in?

Hi, I want to show the sexy bookmarks in the footer of my site and only there. I use the feature page which I have customized to my liking. I have tried pasting the following code via custome code but since it is not working I assume I'm doing something wrong. Can someone explain how to add this plug in a location I want via the admin?
