Help! I put in a ticket on Sunday and haven't heard back!!!!

I've paid for pro. Put in a ticket on Sunday after watching the videos and spending 6+ hours trying to figure out something that should have been easy. (It is easy in all other themes I've used.) Finally I've changed to another theme until I hear back. But what did I pay for if I can't get help. Problem: I want to show the full post on the page, not an excerpt. I couldn't find a setting in the features of Platform Pro. I've made sure the regular wordpress settings says full. This shouldn't be this hard. If you can't tell me how to fix it then give me my money back. I'm very dissatisfied at the moment. But a fix would change that. Please email me the response.

There are a bunch of content and excerpt handling options under 'blog and post' in the theme settings. You would want to hide the excerpts, and 'show full content' That solve it? Don't worry Betty, we'll work hard to make your a believer
